When you're living with depression, even the smallest tasks can feel overwhelming. In our work together, we’ll start gently—with a focus on small, meaningful actions that can help you reconnect with the world around you. Using behavioral activation, we’ll identify ways to build momentum and rediscover what brings you joy or purpose. At the same time, we’ll work on shifting harsh self-talk and learning to treat yourself with the kindness you truly deserve.

Anxiety can feel all-consuming, but it doesn’t have to control your life. I work with clients to gently unpack the underlying fears and thought patterns fueling their anxiety, using approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and compassion. Together, we’ll build coping strategies that are both grounding and empowering—so you can face uncertainty with more ease.

OCD is loud, persistent, and convincing—but it doesn't have to run your life. I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD, to help you gradually face your fears without giving in to compulsions. You might not feel ready—and that’s okay. I’ll be with you every step of the way, offering encouragement as you build trust in yourself and learn that anxiety doesn’t have the final word.
