  1. Bring in a variety of sizes

  2. Without looking in the mirror, try on the biggest size and see how this feels on your body. If it feels too big or baggy, feel free to try on the next size down.

  3. When it feels like you have a good fit, feel the fabric. Does it feel comfortable on your body?

  4. Look in the mirror and ask yourself, does the clothing fit me?
